The California Milk Advisory Board proudly supports a wide range of community organizations and industry partners that promote sustainability, education, and innovation in dairy. Through these collaborations, CMAB advances initiatives that strengthen California’s dairy industry and supports programs that improve communities across the state.
Chefs feeding kids
Chefs Feeding Kids (CFK) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating childhood food insecurity by providing nutritious meals and fostering healthy eating habits. Its mission encompasses feeding, educating, training, and employing food-insecure children and young adults, including those within the autism community. Through collaborations with communities, chefs, and partners, CFK offers access to affordable meals and equips individuals with culinary skills.
Fork to Future
Fork to Future is a collaborative initiative founded by pizza industry leaders Laura Meyer and Stephanie Swane. Designed as a network to support and empower women in the pizza community, it aims to foster innovation, mentorship, and inclusivity. Through events and media platforms, Fork to Future spotlights female talent, promotes culinary advancement, and cultivates a more equitable future in the pizza industry.
Slice Out Hunger
Slice Out Hunger is a nonprofit organization that combats food insecurity across the U.S. through pizza-focused initiatives. Founded in New York City in 2009, it has raised over $2 million for hunger relief. With more than 700 pizza partners nationwide, Slice Out Hunger organizes events like the $1 Pizza Party and programs such as Pie it Forward, delivering meals to shelters and food banks. Their mission unites pizza lovers to provide nourishment and community support.
