CONTEST ENTRY OVERVIEW

1. Review the 3 contest categories.
2. Chefs may enter one or multiple recipes in this contest. There are no limits to the number of entries per person. Please fill out one entry form for each submitted recipe.
3. Prepare and bake your pizza. Be sure to take Instagram-worthy photographs of the finished pizza.
4. Carefully fill out the entry form below, to include uploading your recipe and photos.
5. Please note: Be sure to craft your recipes with the first-round judging criteria in mind:

Use of Real California Cheese – 40%
Flavor Expectations – 40%
Name & Pizza Description – 10%
Photographs – 10%

Pizza Description: Write 3-4 sentences describing the pizza. This should be clear and engaging - what you would write to describe the pizza on a menu. For your contest entry, please focus on the use of Real California Cheese.

Cheeses – Please list all cheeses and dairy products by weight or volume for the pizza. Please specify brand and variety of all Real California Cheeses. For approved list of qualifying cheeses by variety and brand, see the CA Cheese Maker List. To be considered, entries must include Real California Mozzarella, plus at least 1 other Real California Cheese or Dairy product.
