Each entry should include the following to be considered:<\/p><ul><li>The name of dish<\/li><li>A short description (2-4 sentences)<\/li><li>Ingredient list and amounts ( Make sure to include at least one Riserva or Arrezzio Cheese; plus any other <span style=\"border-bottom: 2px solid green;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/realcaliforniamilkfoodservice.com\/sysco-global-recipe-contest\/california-cheeses\/\">\u00a0California-Made Cheeses <\/a><\/span>\u00a0)<\/li><li>One or two photographs of the prepared dish<\/li><\/ul><p>A panel of judges will then review all complete recipe submissions and select six finalists, three in the Italian-style category and three in the Artisan \/ Global-style category. At this event a panel of culinary professionals will taste and evaluate each dish. Evaluation criteria will be weighted toward the use of Riserva and Arrezzio brand Real California cheeses. Other scoring criteria include: menu appeal, flavor, and innovation and presentation. Once scoring is complete, the judges will announce a single winner in each category.
