The Foodservice Division of the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) supports foodservice operators and distributors that use Real California dairy products. The CMAB offers marketing and promotional support for foodservice operators that purchase dairy products with the Real California Milk seal, which means they are made with 100 percent milk from California\u2019s more than 1,000 family dairy farms, using the most sustainable dairy practices in the nation.<\/p>

California dairy\u2019s reputation for quality drives real sales, profits and repeat business for foodservice operators. California dairy products help restaurants stand out and attract customers. So, whether restaurant\u2019s menu fresh Mozzarella or dry Monterey Jack, sour cream or ice cream, make sure they feature products that carry the Real California Milk seal.<\/p>

As the nation\u2019s leading producer of Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and Hispanic-style cheeses, fluid milk, butter, ice cream and nonfat dry milk, California is truly America\u2019s dairy state. About one-third of the state\u2019s dairy production serves the U.S. foodservice sector, with the remainder going to domestic consumers and the international market.\u00a0<\/p>
