CONTEST ENTRY OVERVIEW

IMPORTANT! Please Read Before Filling Out the Entry Form!

  1. Review the detailed guidelines for the two contest categories, as there are a minimum number of cheeses required on your pizza, and limits on other toppings. Note: both categories require that one of the cheeses is Mozzarella.
  2. JUDGE’S TIP: The most important ingredient in this pizza contest is cheese. The judges want to taste cheese in every bite; make sure your recipe includes an ample amount of cheese and dairy products made in California.
  3. Chefs may enter one or multiple recipes in this contest. There are no limits to the number of entries per person. Please fill out one entry form for each submitted recipe.
  4. Prepare and bake your pizza. Be sure to take Instagram-worthy photographs of the finished pizza.
  5. Carefully fill out the entry form below, to include uploading your recipe and photos.
  6. Please note: be sure to craft your recipes with the first-round judging criteria in mind:
    – Use of Real California Cheese – 40%
    – Flavor Expectations – 40%
    – Name & Pizza Description – 10%
    – Photographs – 10%
