CHEF ZACK CALDER WINS GRAND PRIZE IN THE 2026 REAL CALIFORNIA PIZZA CONTEST

Following a live bake-off event where eight professional chefs crafted original pizzas showcasing the quality and versatility of Real California dairy products, the California Milk Advisory Board has crowned a new champion.

Chef Zack Calder, Owner of Left Coast Pizza in Dayton, Nev., won the Contest’s Grand Prize and the On the Menu category award for his Valley Heat, Vine Sweet pizza.
