Cook Time: 4 to 5 minutes
To make the Avocado Crema: In a stand mixer, whip avocados, cilantro, crema, water, and salt.
To prepare the Pizza and Garnishes: Preheat the oven to 550°. Stretch dough to a 14-inch round. Spread with thin layer of
avocado crema. Top with Cheddar, Oaxaca, onion, jalapeños, corn, and chiles. Add Cream Cheese in small dollops. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with tortilla strips, cilantro, and Cotija cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
