INGREDIENTS:

2 fluid ounces olive oil
1/2 ounce roasted garlic cloves
30 ounces pizza dough
1 ounce Real California Brie cheese, torn into pieces
1 ounce grated Real California whole milk Mozzarella cheese
1 ounce Real California fresh Mozzarella cheese, torn into pieces
2 ounces fig jam
1 ounce baby arugula leaves
2 fresh figs, sliced
2 ounces prosciutto
Balsamic glaze, to taste
Grated Real California Parmesan cheese, to taste

PER ORDER:

Makes 1 pizza

DIRECTIONS:

To prepare pizza, preheat oven to 550°F. Blend together olive oil and roasted garlic cloves to form a spread. Grease a 12-inch Detroit style pizza pan generously with olive oil. Spread dough evenly into pan. Spread roasted garlic mixture over dough. Top evenly with Brie and both Mozzarella cheeses. Bake until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with fig jam, arugula, fig slices and strips of prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
