Spicy Wheyward Paloma

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Wheyward Spirit (made with Real California Milk whey)
1/2 oz. lime juice plus extra in a dish for rim of glass
3 oz. fresh pink grapefruit juice
3 oz. Jarritos grapefruit soda
Angostura bitters (if desired)
Tajin chili lime seasoning (for rim)
1 lime, cut into wedges (for garnish)

PER ORDER:

Yield: 1 Cocktail

DIRECTIONS:

Dip rim of glass in lime juice and then Tajin spice. Fill a cocktail shaker one-half full of ice.

Add the Wheyward Spirit, lime juice and grapefruit juice and shake. Strain into prepared glass over crushed ice if desired.

Top with a splash of grapefruit soda and a dash of bitters. Garnish with lime wedge.
