Avocado Crema:
3 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
¼ bunch fresh cilantro
¼ cup Real California Mexican crema
¼ cup water
Pinch salt
Pizza and Garnishes:
400 grams pizza dough
4 ounces Real California Cheddar
cheese, grated
4 ounces Real California Oaxaca cheese,
shredded or pulled into chunks
¼ cup sliced red onion
2 jalapenos, sliced
¼ cup roasted corn kernels
¼ cup canned diced green chiles canned
1 ounce Real California jalapeño Cream
Cheese
½ cup blue corn tortilla strips
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh
cilantro
¼ cup crumbled Real California Cotija
cheese
2 limes, cut into wedges

1 pizza
DIRECTIONS:
Cook Time: 4 to 5 minutes
To make the Avocado Crema: In a stand mixer, whip avocados, cilantro, crema, water, and salt.
To prepare the Pizza and Garnishes: Preheat the oven to 550°. Stretch dough to a 14-inch round. Spread with thin layer of
avocado crema. Top with Cheddar, Oaxaca, onion, jalapeños, corn, and chiles. Add Cream Cheese in small dollops. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with tortilla strips, cilantro, and Cotija cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
