Lactose-Free Pandan Ube Latte

Vibrant layered pandan ube latte with purple, cream, and dark espresso layers in a ribbed glass, ideal for specialty beverage foodservice suppliers.

INGREDIENTS:

Sm Med Lg   Unit       Ingredient

1      1      2     Shots      Espresso

3     4      5     Pumps   Pandan Syrup

6     8      12    Ounces   Real California Lactose-Free Milk

2     2       2    Ounces   Real California Lactose-Free Ube Cold Foam*

Ice Cubes

PER ORDER:

1 Cup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add espresso to cup.
  2. Add pandan syrup.
  3. Add hot, steamed milk or cold milk, then ice.
  4. Top with ube cold foam.

*Real California Lactose-Free Ube Cold Foam

Ingredients
32 ounces                        Real California Lactose-Free Milk
4 ounces                           Sugar
4 tincher drops             Ube Flavor Concentrate

Pour milk into measuring pitcher and add sugar and ube flavor concentrate. Blend on low setting for 25-30 seconds until the consistency resembles wet paint.
