DIRECTIONS:
Add espresso to cup.
Add pandan syrup.
Add hot, steamed milk or cold milk, then ice.
Top with ube cold foam.

Ingredients
32 ounces Real California Lactose-Free Milk
4 ounces Sugar
4 tincher drops Ube Flavor Concentrate
Pour milk into measuring pitcher and add sugar and ube flavor concentrate. Blend on low setting for 25-30 seconds until the consistency resembles wet paint.
