1/2 cup Etruria organic bergamot oil
Maldon sea salt
3 cups freshly whipped sweetened Real California cream

DIRECTIONS:
For each sundae, to order, place two 3-ounce scoops ice cream in sundae dish. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon bergamot oil; sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
