9 ounces prepared pizza dough
7 ounces California chili sauce
3 ounces grated Real California Parmesan cheese
3 ounces grated Real California Asiago cheese
8 ounces shredded Real California Mozzarella cheese
Marinated pork adobo
Cilantro leaves
3 ounces Real California Cotija cheese
Fresh lime juice
PER ORDER:
Yield: 1 pizza
DIRECTIONS:
To prepare pizza, stretch dough into a circle of desired thickness. Spread chili sauce over dough. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan, Asiago, and Mozzarella cheeses. Scatter pork over cheese. Bake 4 minutes in wood-fired pizza oven, preheated to 650°F. Remove from oven. Scatter cilantro leaves over top. Crumble Cotija cheese evenly over pizza, and spritz with lime juice before serving.
