1 Cauliflower crust
Olive oil
Salt
¼ cup tomato or pizza sauce
¼ cup shredded Real California Smoked Mozzarella cheese
1 link plant-based Italian sausage
¼ cup Real California Burrata cheese
¼ cup pitted black olives
¼ cup combined thinly sliced shiitake and cremini mushrooms
¼ cup grated Real California Parmesan cheese
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces
PER ORDER:
Yield: 1 pizza
DIRECTIONS:
To prepare pizza, preheat oven to 450°F. Place cauliflower crust on large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Spread tomato sauce evenly over crust. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and dot with sausage meat. Top with pieces of Burrata and olives. Scatter mushrooms over top. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and finish with Parmesan cheese and basil before serving.
